The Bank on College Green, one of Dublin’s most iconic and historic hospitality venues, is currently seeking an experienced Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As Floor Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily floor operations, supporting the management team, and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
Role Overview:
As Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of service on the floor, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring guests receive attentive and professional service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations during service
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during busy periods
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with staff training, supervision, and team development
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are maintained
- Adhere to all health & safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
- Experience working in a busy, high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
- Professional, well-presented, and team-focused
- Must currently be living in Ireland
Role Details:
- 4 shifts per week
- Hands-on management role within a busy premium venue
- Fast-paced and dynamic working environment
Salary & Benefits:
- €40,000 - €50,000 per year depending on experience
