Banking & Finance Solicitor

Our client is seeking a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join its Dublin team and strengthen its capability across a varied domestic and cross-border practice. The successful candidate will advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of transactions, with exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build their profile in the market.

Based in Dublin, this is a hybrid role, offering flexibility alongside opportunities to collaborate in person with colleagues across the practice. The team also works closely with other practice areas and international offices, supporting a connected, cross-border approach to client work.

The Role:

* Advise on fund finance facilities and structures, including direct lending by private credit funds. * Support leveraged acquisition finance and real estate investment and development finance matters. * Advise on enforcement strategies, standstill arrangements and restructurings. * Act for domestic and international clients, including both lenders and borrowers. * Contribute to business development, supervise junior lawyers and share knowledge across the team.

The Person:

* Two to five years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance. * Training and experience gained at a leading Dublin law firm or in a major onshore jurisdiction. * Strong academic background, technical knowledge, drafting skills and commercial awareness. * Organised and self-motivated, with sound transactional management skills and a collaborative approach.
