Full job description

A 4 Star Hotel in Co Wicklow is currently recruiting for an experienced Bar Person.

Duties will include:

  • Serving drinks to customers in a friendly & helpful manner.
  • Having a full knowledge of the beverage offerings to be able to inform guests and up sell where possible.
  • Ensuring the Bar is clean and organised at all times.

Applicants must:

  • Be flexible in relation to hours worked, evening and weekend working will be required.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be experienced in cocktail making.
  • Have a high standard in personal grooming and appearance.
