Known for our warm hospitality, high-quality food, and vibrant atmosphere, we are now looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to help us lead our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

About the Role:

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while also contributing to the continuous growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of operations
  • Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure top-class service
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage experiences
  • Manage bookings, events, and customer queries with professionalism and care
  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
  • Contribute to staff training and development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within food & beverage/hospitality
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
