Assistant Restaurant Manager - Tralee

We have an exciting new opportunity here at Gally’s Bar & Restaurant for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with a strong passion for providing high-quality food, whilst understanding the true value of excellent customer service. This position is based in Tralee, Co Kerry.

The ideal candidate must be a dedicated manager who is driven by achieving success. The ability to create, motivate and inspire a team of staff is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities as Assistant Restaurant Manager:

  • Liaising with the head chef and General Manager regarding menu planning and budgeting.
  • Meeting HACCP requirements and food safety standards
  • Leading the team in terms of providing excellent customer service
  • Conducts his/herself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye
  • Coaches, counsels and develops the team.

Requirements of the Assistant Restaurant Manager job:

  • Previous experience managing a restaurant/ catering environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
