Waiter, Dublin 2

We're an experienced team opening an exciting new restaurant right in the heart of Dublin 2, and we're looking for a team mate who genuinely loves the feeling of a good service. It's about creating an atmosphere, reading a room, and making every guest feel like the evening was made for them. Attitude is everything.

This isn't a role where you're thrown in without preparation. You'll be part of the pre-opening process: learning the menu, the wine list and the ethos of the place before a single guest walks through the door. And the support doesn't stop on opening night. It continues for as long as you're with us. If you want to push your career on, this is a great place to learn from experienced professionals and indulge your curiosities, whether that be wine, food or anything else hospitality.

We work with the best suppliers in the country, many of whom we've partnered with for over ten years, so the produce coming through the kitchen & bar is second to none. We'll have fun with timeless classics cooked over a bespoke wood-fired grill, paired with great cocktails and our favourite wines from the old and new world.

The space is something special too: a fully reimagined interior that keeps the building's original features, with sash windows, exposed brickwork, arches and details that are completely unique.
