Key Responsibilities

As Bar Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver top-notch service and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee all aspects of the bar's operations, including inventory management, supplier relationships, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Innovate: Collaborate on drink menu development, introducing fresh and exciting concepts while maintaining the bar’s signature offerings.
  • Drive Business: Develop strategies to maximize revenue, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
