At DÍON, we’re searching for a Bar Supervisor who is passionate about cocktails, service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. This is an opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue and help set the tone for one of Dublin’s most exciting new restaurants.

The Role

As a Bartender at DÍON, you’ll be the heartbeat of our bar — You’ll bring energy, confidence, and personality to every drink and every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer to the highest standards
  • Deliver engaging, warm, and knowledgeable service behind the bar
  • Support in cocktail preparation, mise en place, and daily bar setup/close-down
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar at all times
  • Work closely with the management and floor teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Show leadership and follow instruction
  • Learn and execute the Díon cocktail list to perfection, while staying curious and creative
  • Adhere to all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene procedures
  • Contribute to the energy and atmosphere of the venue during service

About You

  • You have at least 5 years’ bar experience in a high-volume or premium venue
  • Have some previous supervisor or management experience in a similar setting
  • You’re confident, charismatic, and guest-focused
  • You have solid cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure
  • You’re reliable, well-presented, and work well within a team
  • You’re excited to be part of something new and to grow with the business
