Job Title: Senior Bartender

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Bartender to join Broadway, our stylish new bar and restaurant in Dublin. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves creating drinks that impress.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the bar service, ensuring consistent quality and speed
  • Create and serve an exciting range of cocktails with flair and precision
  • Train and mentor junior bar staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance
  • Deliver top-class customer service, making every guest feel welcome
