Full job description

  • Looking for team oriented, ambitious individuals with a passion for hospitality who are looking to further their careers in an exciting cocktail bar.
  • The right candidate will ideally have 2 years experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working beverage knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beers is essential. However we have a strong focus on education and training and additional training will be provided.
  • Operating hours will be Tuesday to Sunday.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure smooth operations and efficient service, to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and conducting regular stock checks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €14.80-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
