Full job description

Copper Face Jacks is Ireland’s number one nightclub. In business for over 29 years, we are constantly striving to create an electric atmosphere and provide a night to remember for each and every patron that enters our premises.

We are currently looking to recruit EXPERIENCED Bar staff to join our team at Copper Face Jacks. The ideal candidates would be fluent in English, hard working, reliable, skilled and highly motivated individuals with a passion for customer service and hospitality. They would strive at working efficiently and accurately under pressurised situations.

Top Rates paid for senior, experienced bar staff.

Please do not apply if you are not fluent in english and/or have no bar experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Stock and prep the bar at the beginning of each night.

· Serve patrons in a fast paced but effective manner whilst maintaining good customer relations.

· Ensure absolute accuracy whilst dealing with payments and cash handling.

· Maintain a clean and presentable bar serving area during periods of extreme busyness.

· Clean and return the bar to perfect condition at the end of the night.

Key skills:

· Fluent in English

· Fantastic Customer relations

· Reliable

· Honest

· Outgoing and friendly

· Excellent Presentation

· Ability to work efficiently in pressured situations

· Previous experience working as a Bartender is essential

· Ability to work both as a team and alone

· Self-motivated

· Capable of working flexible hours
