Reardens Bar is Hiring!

We’re expanding our bartending team across Reardens Bar, The Secret Garden, Le Cabaret and The Hidden Attic!

If you have 1–2 years of bartending experience, a passion for delivering great service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment and looking for part time work - we’d love to hear from you.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare drinks, including cocktails, draft beers, and spirits etc.
  • Manage cash and tills effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area.
  • Report accidents or damage and take action when possible.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety, hygiene, fire safety, and security.

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 1-2 years bartending experience.
  • Fluent in English and customer-oriented.
  • A team player with professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work evenings and late-night hours with flexibility throughout the week on shift allocation.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
