Experienced Part-Time Bartender

Errigal Country House Hotel, Co. Cavan

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our team at Errigal Country House Hotel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and works well as part of a professional team.

The Role

  • Primarily weekend shifts, with additional hours available during busy periods, holidays, and special events.
  • Opportunity for extra hours during wedding season and peak trading times.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous bar experience is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team while also using your own initiative.
  • Experience with cocktails and barista coffee would be an advantage but is not essential.
