Bid Writer / Bid Manager – North Dublin (Medium-Sized Contractor)

We’re seeking a driven Bid Writer/Manager to oversee our entire tender process from opportunity review to final submission. You’ll coordinate inputs, develop high-quality proposals, and support our growth across public and private sector projects.

Key Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end bid timelines and submission requirements
  • Write, edit, and format tender responses and supporting documents
  • Coordinate technical, commercial, and operational inputs
  • Review tender portals, track opportunities, and maintain the bid pipeline
  • Lead bid kick-off meetings and progress reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all specifications, standards, and procurement rules
  • Develop and maintain bid libraries, CVs, and project case studies
  • Support post-tender clarifications and presentations

Requirements:

  • Proven bid writing/management experience in construction or related sectors
  • Strong writing, coordination, and project-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of tender processes
