Job Title: Trainee Cleanroom Qualification/Certification Engineer

Location: Country Wide

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Certification Manager / Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-focused Trainee Cleanroom Qualification / Certification Engineer to join our validation team. You’ll assist in testing cleanroom environments to ensure they meet ISO and GMP standards. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or high-tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in cleanroom testing procedures such as airflow visualisation (smoke testing), HEPA filter integrity testing, and particle counting.

· Support in conducting environmental monitoring and differential pressure testing.

· Help document test results and prepare cleanroom qualification reports.

· Work alongside experienced engineers to learn industry standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP Annex 1.

· Follow all safety protocols, contamination control, and cleanroom gowning procedures.

· Gain experience working in high-spec environments like pharmaceutical plants, medical facilities and semiconductor facilities.

Qualifications & Skills

· Technical background or interest in science, engineering, or quality control.

· Mechanical minded and ability to read engineering drawings

· Strong attention to detail, organisation, and documentation skills.

· Basic understanding of cleanroom principles or HVAC is a bonus.
