Receptionist - Limerick

This is a front of house role, in a busy Dental Practice.

You will be the first point of contact for patients in our Limerick practice.

This role will specifically work Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

You will be responsible for greeting patients face to face as well as answering inbound calls. You will greet patients and ensure they have the correct paperwork and documentation before they are seen by a Clinician.

At 3Dental customer service is expected to be of the highest standard and each patient should be treated like a VIP. This is a shift-based role (earliest start: 7.50am, latest finish: 8pm).

Key Duties:

· Meeting patients face to face and ensuring they are directed to the correct clinician.

· Maintenance of patient records and assisting patients with their documentation.

· Scheduling patient appointments in line with their personal schedule and our in-house booking system (booking, cancelling, rearranging, and confirming appointments).

· Checking a patient into the appointment system once they arrive and ensure they are given the correct compliance and patient documents for their visit.

· Scanning of patient documents and engaging with patients via email and phone post appointment.

· Monitor and follow up on Hub Spot/Customer Management System to track and engage with inbound email and phone queries.

· Clinician diary management, including patient follow up communication.

· Cash handling.

Requirements and Experience

As Irelands largest dental practice, we provide best in class customer service to our patients and require enthusiastic and energised people to join us, who are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

· Medical Practice front of house experiences a distinct advantage.

· Must be fully computer literate and comfortable using MS Office.

· Leaving Certificate or equivalent.

· Excellent communication and engagement skills.

· Reliable and committed to delivering a positive patient experience.

· Proactive and able to take the initiative to find solutions.

· Experience of dealing with a very busy reception desk with both inbound calls and face to face customer engagement.

· Must have fluent English.

· Experience of dealing with patient/client queries (including call/email follow up).

· Must have inbound call handling experience and capable of handling multi-line phone desk.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment a must.
