What We Need From You:

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen (extra kudos if it's similar to ours)
• A passion for both traditional and modern cooking styles
• Serious knife skills and even better time management
• Confidence with HACCP and food safety standards
• A love for seasonal, fresh cooking — and the creativity to keep it exciting
• Strong communication skills and team leadership chops
• A relevant culinary qualification (preferred, but talent talks!)
