Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Location: Dublin 5 (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Up to €40,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-time

About Our Client & The Role

We are exclusively partnering with a highly established and respected insurance brokerage based in North Dublin to recruit a dedicated Personal Lines Team Member. In this role, you will take full ownership of managing a dedicated client book, providing expert advice and service across Motor, Household, Legal Expenses, and Travel insurance products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused broker to join a busy, supportive team where you can actively drive renewals, secure new business, and build lasting relationships with your clients while enjoying a flexible hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Book Management: Take full ownership of your portfolio, efficiently handling Renewals, New Business, Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs), and general queries.
  • Product Expertise: Provide tailored advice across Personal Lines products, including Motor, Household, Legal Expenses, and Travel.
  • Retention & Growth: Secure high renewal retention rates across all classes of business while actively selling products to new customers.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify and execute appropriate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within your existing client book.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate an excellent standard of customer service and client care during every interaction.
  • System Administration: Operate the Relay system proficiently to ensure accurate policy administration and documentation handling.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications: APA qualified or working towards.
  • Experience: Proven background managing a Personal Lines desk or working within a Schemes team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using the Relay system is essential.
  • Attributes: A highly organized, proactive professional with a flair for sales, retention, and relationship building.

The Package

  • Competitive base salary of up to €40,000 (Depending on Experience).
  • Hybrid working model.

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
