Beauty Advisor/ Brand Ambassador

Base Salary - 32-35K plus commission

We are currently recruiting for two Beauty Advisors to join a leading prestige beauty brand in Dublin. These customer-focused roles are based within two of Ireland's leading department stores, offering the opportunity to combine sales, client engagement and brand advocacy in a premium retail environment. Successful candidates will be based at either the Brown Thomas Dundrum store or the Arnotts Dublin store.

Reporting to the General Manager EMEA, this role is responsible for representing the brand within a premium retail environment, driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting retail partners through product expertise and education.

There are two positions available, with successful candidates based at either the Brown Thomas Dundrum location or Arnotts Dublin. The successful candidates will act as brand ambassadors, building strong relationships with customers and store teams while ensuring the highest standards of presentation and execution are maintained. There are no direct reports associated with the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalised consultations and product recommendations.
• Drive sales performance and work towards store and individual sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, shade matching and application services.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Cross-sell products across categories to maximise customer engagement and basket value.
• Represent the brand as an expert within the retail environment.
• Share product knowledge, launch information and selling techniques with store teams.
• Support in-store events, masterclasses, promotions and product launches.
• Maintain merchandising, visual standards, tester hygiene and stock presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate stock or merchandising concerns where necessary.
• Implement promotional activity, launches and visual merchandising updates in line with brand guidelines.
• Provide feedback on customer trends, opportunities and challenges within the store environment.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience within prestige beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong sales ability with experience working towards targets.
• Passion for beauty, makeup and delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident demonstrating products and providing personalised recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of beauty trends, products and the retail landscape.
• Comfortable educating and supporting retail teams with product knowledge.
• Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and positive approach.

Flexible to support events, launches and peak trading periods when required.

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
