Full job description

Bunratty Castle Hotel, a newly reopening 4‑star property, is expanding its culinary team. We are now recruiting a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to support the kitchen in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality dishes across all services
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie
  • Excellent culinary skills and passion for high‑quality food
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and commitment to excellence
