Full job description

Role Summary

The Program Coordinator will work with multiple teams and clients. Working as a Program Coordinator in Aspen Grove, you will be collaborating with other Program Coordinators, Program Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA Testers, Business Services, Customer Care and key Stakeholders, both internal & external. Working in an agile environment, you will be assisting with planning and organizing programs as well as carrying out operational duties.


Responsibilities

  • Agile Facilitation
  • Facilitate and contribute to product delivery using Aspen Grove’s Agile Methodology.
  • Ensure Agile methodologies are followed by coordinating the various ceremonies, including Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Plan, support, and motivate project teams while managing their day-to-day activities.

  • Collaboration and Coordination
  • Collaborate with all functions across the organization, supporting cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Provide support, including organizing meetings, standups, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Assist in resource planning and coordination.
  • Support Product Owners by understanding requirements and customer needs.
  • Addressing blockers that prevent teams from operating efficiently

  • Reporting and Stakeholder Support
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Support Aspen teams with ad hoc queries, research items, and investigations.

Collaborations

  • Supports the Aspen Grove production and integrations teams throughout the SDLC
  • Support with the broader product range
  • Collaborates with other Program Coordinators
  • Assistance with Client Operations

Requirements


  • Excellent agile planning, organization and coordination skills
  • Previous experience of Jira creating sprints, assigning, allocating and following-up on the delivery of tickets
  • Ability to manage agile boards
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Good stakeholder & time management skills
