Job Title: Business Manager – PRS Household Services
Location: Dublin 18 (Sandyford / South Dublin)
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview:

PRS Household Services is looking for an experienced Business Manager with strong sales skills and a solid network in the Dublin property and letting market.

In this role, you will lead both our sales growth and day-to-day operations. Your main goals will be to expand our customer base from 75 to 150 sites, grow our B2B revenue, and scale our field team from 20 to 100 operatives over the next three years. If you are a proactive leader who knows how to win new business and manage a growing team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Commercial Strategy

  • Drive Site Acquisition: Lead the commercial strategy to scale our existing portfolio from 75 sites to 125–150 sites over a 3-year horizon.
  • B2B Revenue Expansion: Capitalise on our established B2C foundation to target, pitch, and secure high-value B2B contracts across the property and letting sectors.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary relationship owner for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client retention and long-term partnership value.
  • Profitability & Product Mix: Continuous analysis of our service offerings (evaluating margins, revenue, and delivery complexity) to implement profit-maximising strategies.
  • Financial Alignment: Partner closely with the finance team to streamline and ensure accurate, effective client billing.

Operations & Team Leadership

  • Scale the Workforce: Oversee the rapid expansion of our field team, growing operations from 20 to 80–100 operatives over 3 years.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead, mentor, and optimise scheduling, resource allocation, and supplier/input management for maximum field efficiency.
  • Customer Experience: Own the complaint resolution process, coaching the team to turn customer friction points into "moments of truth" that build loyalty.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in the Dublin Property, Letting, Private Rental Sector (PRS), or Facility Services market.
  • Sales & Growth Mindset: Demonstrable success in business development, B2B sales, and managing large-scale client relationships.
  • Operational Leadership: Experience managing, scheduling, or scaling field-based teams or mobile workforces.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret margins, financial data, and operational KPIs.
