Speed Queen Self Service Laundry – Ireland & UK

Location: Dublin (WeWork, 2 Dublin Landings) + travel across Ireland

Type: Full-time

About Us

Speed Queen Self Service Laundry is part of DNL Collective, a growing group focused on building and scaling operationally strong, multi-site businesses across Ireland and the UK. Our laundry division is one of the fastest-growing self-service operators in Europe, with 40+ locations and continued expansion underway into the UK.

We build and operate high-quality launderette locations with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and customer experience. As we scale, we’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to grow with the business and take on real responsibility early.

The Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role combining field-based technical work with operational and project support.

You’ll split your time between:

  • Working on-site across our launderette locations (installations, maintenance, troubleshooting)
  • Supporting the rollout of new stores
  • Coordinating operational tasks and projects

You’ll work closely with the Operations team and Senior Technician, gaining exposure to both technical problem-solving and how a multi-site business is run and scaled. This role is ideal for someone practical, organised, and eager to learn quickly in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of laundry equipment across multiple sites
  • Carry out basic troubleshooting and fault finding (full training provided)
  • Work alongside the Senior Technician to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Develop the ability to independently handle technical fixes over time

Operations & Project Support

  • Support new store fit-outs and openings
  • Track equipment orders and manage inventory of machines and parts
  • Help maintain project timelines and track progress
  • Assist with issue resolution across multiple locations
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using internal systems

General

  • Travel to sites across Ireland (typically between 2-4 days per week depending on projects)
  • Spend 2–3 days per week in the Dublin office (WeWork, 2 Dublin Landings)
  • Support the wider operations team in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical, hands-on mindset with an interest in technical work
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn quickly
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems, particularly Microsoft Excel for tracking,
  • reporting, and operational tasks
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Full, clean driving licence (required)
  • Willingness to travel across Ireland
  • Experience in a technical, mechanical, or operations role is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer

  • €33,000 – €40,000 + company van (depending on experience)
  • Full training on equipment, systems, and troubleshooting
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and experienced technical staff
  • Clear progression into Senior Technician or Operations roles
  • Opportunity to be part of a business scaling across Ireland and into the UK
  • A fast-paced, supportive environment with real responsibility from day one

Pay: €33,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
