About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, analytical, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone coming from an accounting, manufacturing, operations, customer service, supply chain, or business support background who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with technology.

You do not need to be a “Digital Transformation Consultant” already — we will provide full training and mentoring. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, curiosity, and ability to learn.

Experience with accounting software, business systems, manufacturing planning software, or ERP platforms would be a strong advantage, but it is not essential.

About the Company

We are a growing business technology consultancy helping companies modernise how they work through smarter systems, automation, reporting, AI tools, and process improvement.

We work with businesses across multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, finance, and professional services.

Our environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on continuous learning. We believe technology should make businesses simpler, faster, and more efficient — not more complicated.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the implementation and improvement of business and accounting software systems
  • Help customers improve reporting, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Provide system support, troubleshooting, and user guidance

  • Use Microsoft Excel and AI tools to improve productivity and problem-solving
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, training sessions, and project activities
  • Continuously learn new technologies and business systems

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable learning new software and technologies
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Advantageous (but not essential)

  • Experience with accounting software or business systems
  • Exposure to manufacturing planning or operational software
  • Experience supporting users or customers
  • Interest in AI and digital tools
  • Experience working with process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per hour
