Waiting Staff @ The Brasserie on the Corner

The Brasserie on the Corner is a multi-award-winning restaurant and one of Galway's most celebrated dining destinations. We are currently looking for full time Waiting Staff to join our passionate and professional team.

The Role

As a member of our front-of-house team, you will deliver exceptional service while creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will:

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for high-quality food and beverage, confidently recommending menu items and wines to guests.
  • Provide warm, professional, and attentive service at all times.
  • Thrive in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations through outstanding hospitality and service.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year waiting experience in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Available to work full time hours (i.e. 36-40 hours per week).
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to work confidently on your own while also being a reliable and collaborative team player.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and respond to guests' individual needs.
