Dusty Boy is a busy, independent destination café in Castlebridge, just outside Wexford Town, serving seasonal breakfast, brunch and lunch in a beautiful, welcoming space.

We're looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and play a key role in the next stage of our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who loves creating great food and is looking for a role that offers both creative freedom and genuine work-life balance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the kitchen team on a daily basis
  • Deliver consistently high-quality food and presentation
  • Manage kitchen organisation, systems and workflow
  • Oversee HACCP, food safety and compliance
  • Manage ordering, stock control and suppliers
  • Contribute to seasonal menus and specials
  • Help train and develop team members
  • Maintain a clean, efficient and positive kitchen environment

About you

  • Experience in a chef or kitchen leadership role
  • Passionate about great food, seasonality and quality ingredients
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
