Full-time Specialty Coffee Barista position in Dublin.
Seeking experienced baristas who are passionate about specialty coffee to craft exceptional customer experiences in our Dublin coffee shops. Entry level €14.40-€16.00/hour depending on experience.

The Role
- Full-time, permanent position, Specialty Barista roles serving espresso-based and filter coffees, food and retail to consistently high quality and speed.
- Create warm, genuine customer experiences rooted in respect, empathy and recognition, making every guest feel welcome and looked after.
- Maintain clean, organised and efficient stations. Supporting a clean and smooth,-running shop and working closely with your teammates and manager.
Required
- Previous barista experience
- Legal right to work in Ireland
- Conversational English
- Full-time availability including weekends
- A love for chatting to people and working as a team member
Preferred:
- Specialty coffee experience
- Latte art skills
- Knowledge of espresso equipment
