Location: The Green 1918, Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary
Salary: Up to €16 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving high-quality coffee and delicious bakes & pastries
  • Working closely with our General Manager and talented kitchen team to maintain high standards and continue innovating our café offerings.
  • Helping to manage stock control, product displays, and merchandising to keep everything fresh and appealing.
  • Ensuring a smooth operation during busy periods, with a calm and confident approach to high-pressure situations.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong barista experience – You know how to make the perfect espresso and craft a variety of drinks with skill and precision.
  • The ability to stay cool under pressure and manage busy periods with ease and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills – You’re approachable, friendly, and enjoy engaging with customers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • A positive attitude – You’re always ready to contribute to the team and create an enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Experience in stock management and an understanding of HACCP procedures to maintain a safe, high-quality working environment.
  • Valid permit to work in Ireland.
