The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about good service and delivering the best standards to our customers.

We want our Café Manager to help develop our team & bring each member on a journey to help not only keep standards but to raise them every day.

Our Café Manager role plays a key role in the business with a couple of key requirements.

Excellent People Management

- Lead by example, creating a positive, supportive environment where the team feels valued and takes pride in their work.

- Manage rosters, recruit, onboard and develop team members through clear training, regular feedback and coaching.

- Set clear expectations, recognise great performance and address challenges fairly and professionally.

- Maintain accurate employee records and uphold company policies and standards.

Coffee Culture

- Champion a passion for exceptional coffee, ensuring every cup meets our standards for quality, consistency and presentation.

- Develop the team’s knowledge of coffee, brewing techniques and equipment care.

- Create an inviting café atmosphere where customers enjoy the experience.

World-Class Hospitality

- Deliver a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

- Be a visible, hands-on presence, supporting the team during busy periods and maintaining high service standards.

- Build relationships with regular customers and the local community.

- Listen to customer feedback and resolve concerns with care, professionalism and ownership.

- Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and food safety.

Passion for Growth

- Take ownership of your personal and professional development, actively seeking feedback and opportunities to learn.

- Contribute ideas that help shape the continued evolution of MCDH Group.

- Drive café performance through consistent operational standards.

Pay: €38,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
