Café Supervisor

East Village Coffee | Clondalkin, Dublin

Salary: €37,000–€45,000 DOE

East Village Coffee is an award-winning independent café known for exceptional speciality coffee, an elevated brunch menu and genuine hospitality. We're looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to help lead our busy day-to-day operations and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of an ambitious independent café.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Experience working in a busy café or speciality coffee environment.
  • A genuine passion for coffee, food and hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A positive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • An interest in food trends, speciality coffee and continuously improving the customer experience.

The Role

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high standards across coffee, food and service.
  • Help train, motivate and develop the team.
  • Work closely with management to improve systems and help shape the future of the business.
