Cafe No Experience jobs

We are currently recruiting for a Host & within The Church Cafe Bar, an iconic premises within Dublin City Centre.

Hosting & Host Support is an on the feet customer facing role, and will require no previous experience as training will be provided, though previous customer care would be beneficial

This position would suit a candidate with reservations, hosting or reception experience.

• Full or Part time role
• Welcome guests to The Church
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Prepare for the day – printing off running order – writing up signs and placing them on appropriate tables
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Escort customers to appropriate table / area
• Provide menus once they are seated and wish them an enjoyable meal / enjoyable evening
• Greet & thank customers upon their departure
• Maintain a clean reception area & restocking brochure, ensuring stationery levels are ok
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist wait staff as needed
• Communicating with management via radio
• Applicants must be able to work in ireland and be flexible with shift patterns

Pay: €14.65-€15.50 per hour
