You can find us in 120 locations in Ireland – we serve 13 million meals per year, and we employ 1,350 skilled people across our business. We are on a fast track within the restaurant and food services industry and are seeking hard-working professionals to take us even further.

We are seeking to hire a full-time Barista to join the KSG Catering team in Little Island, Cork.

This is a full-time role, and Monday to Friday.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred (café, front of house, or similar)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive café experience
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks
  • Take orders, process payments, and make product recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the café, including service areas, equipment, and seating
  • Assist with stock handling, including receiving and organising supplies
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Support daily café operations and carry out other reasonable duties as required
