About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, welcoming and professional service to all guests
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food, wines, cocktails and other beverages to the highest standard
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials and beverage offerings
  • Ensure tables are presented and maintained to Floritz standards throughout service
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience
  • Handle guest queries and feedback in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with opening, closing and cleaning duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel or hospitality environment preferred
  • A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
