About Us: Following the success of our set up at Strawberry Hall, we have expanded into our first permanent, sit-down neighborhood restaurant and cafe in Castleknock Village. We pride ourselves on high-quality ingredients, exceptional service, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

We are seeking professional, high-energy Experienced Evening Restaurant Staff to join our front-of-house team. This role is strictly focused on our evening restaurant floor, where you will manage tables, deliver top-tier guest experiences, and maintain a fast, smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome evening diners warmly and efficiently manage table seating layouts.
  • Take accurate food, pizza, wine, and cocktail orders using our POS system.
  • Demonstrate excellent menu knowledge, advising guests on our Neapolitan pizza styles, specials, and allergens.
  • Serve food and alcoholic beverages promptly while maintaining our high service standards.
  • Maintain floor efficiency by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables swiftly.
  • Manage guest bills and process cash and card payments accurately.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a busy, full-service restaurant or high-volume cafe environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and a strong command of English.
  • Availability: Strong flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Attributes: A positive attitude, a passion for great food and hospitality, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Legality: Must hold a valid visa or full legal right to work in Ireland. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
  • Share of excellent customer tips.
  • Free staff meals on shift.
  • Generous employee discounts on food and coffee off-duty.
  • Great team culture with clear opportunities for career progression.

Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
