Waiter / Waitress – Part-Time

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our restaurant team on a long-term part-time basis.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in good service, and understands the importance of maintaining high standards. We are a friendly team, but we expect staff to be reliable, professional, clean and attentive during every shift.

Applicants must be 18 or over, as the role involves serving alcoholic drinks.

Job details:

  • Pay: €14.15 per hour
  • Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week
  • Contract: Long-term part-time position
  • Shifts: Evening and late shifts required
  • Sunday pay: 1.35x the normal hourly rate

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
  • Serving alcoholic drinks responsibly
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant floor, toilets and bar area
  • Polishing wine and water glasses to a high standard
  • Preparing coffees and frothing milk using a coffee machine
  • Stocking and organising inventory when required
  • Supporting the team during busy service

The ideal candidate will be:
