Job Title: Barista
Location: Flatcoffee Aylesbury
Job Type: Part-time (Flexibility is a must)

Job Overview
We’re looking Baristas/All Rounders to join our team. The ideal persons should have a strong background in coffee preparation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to a high standard
  • Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Would be required to do toasties and acai’s

Requirements

  • Previous barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Experience with specialty coffee
  • Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
