Experienced Barista / Front of House — La Crêperie, Greystones

La Crêperie is a busy, family-run French crêperie in the heart of Greystones, with a loyal local following. We’re looking for experienced Barista / Front of House team members to join our friendly team.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available, and we’re happy to discuss hours and availability with the right candidates.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in making consistently good coffee, enjoys getting to know customers and is happy being part of a small team where everyone gets involved.

Previous barista experience is essential. You must be confident operating a commercial espresso machine.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing consistently high-quality coffees and hot drinks
• Setting up and working confidently on a commercial espresso machine
• Welcoming customers, taking orders and providing friendly, attentive service
• Assisting with food and table service
• Keeping the coffee and front-of-house areas clean, organised and well stocked
• Working with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who

• Has previous professional barista experience
• Is confident and efficient behind a coffee machine
• Genuinely enjoys dealing with customers
• Is friendly, reliable and hardworking
• Stays calm and organised when things get busy
• Takes pride in the small details, from the coffee they serve to the way customers are looked after
• Enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team
