We’re Hiring! Cafe All-Rounders - Multiple Roles - Maynooth and Leixlip

Are you energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about great customer service? We’re looking for a hands-on Cafe All-Rounder to join our team!

Our cafe is a busy, fast-paced environment serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, with a mix of dine-in and takeaway orders. No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who thrives on the buzz, enjoys being busy and genuinely loves looking after people.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be involved in all aspects of the cafe, including:

  • Welcoming and serving customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Taking accurate orders using our EPOS system.
  • Preparing and serving drinks and running food to tables.
  • Clearing tables and keeping the cafe clean, tidy and looking its best.
  • Working efficiently and respectfully with the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service.
  • Sharing back-of-house duties, including KP (kitchen porter) tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience, ideally in a similar cafe environment.
  • Barista Experience a major plus, but training can be provided
  • Confidence using EPOS systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English.
  • Someone who stays calm, organised and efficient under pressure.
  • A reliable, hardworking team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail and is always willing to pitch in.

Hours: Daytime shifts only. Must be available to work both midweek and weekends. All applicants must be able to work a minimum of two midweek shifts to be considered for a role.
