Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: €15–€18 per hour + tips, depending on experience

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Server to join our restaurant team in Ireland. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience and ensuring every guest receives attentive, efficient, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selections.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal and respond professionally to requests.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions when required.
  • Maintain clean, organised, and well-presented tables and service areas.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Good spoken English is required.
