Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
  • Greet customers warmly and create a positive café experience
  • Take customer orders and operate the POS system efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including the coffee station and seating area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist with light food preparation as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a café/hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
  • Barista training or certification is a plus, but not essential
