Barista — Full-Time

We are currently recruiting a Barista to join our team in a busy and welcoming café environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Irish retail and food-service company that values teamwork, customer service, and career development.

As a Barista, you will play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience through high-quality coffee preparation, food service, and friendly interaction with customers.

Working hours

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving coffee and beverages to company standards
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Supporting daily café operations
• Working collaboratively with the team

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
