Role Purpose
As a Barista / Sales Assistant, you are more than a team member—you are an ambassador for the Butlers brand. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving premium coffee, handcrafted chocolates and outstanding service in a warm, welcoming environment. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all coffee equipment and workstations.
Sales & Product Knowledge

Confidently recommend products and promote seasonal offerings.

Upsell beverages, chocolates, gifts and retail products naturally.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of our products, ingredients and brand story.

Process transactions accurately using the till system.
Store Standards

Ensure displays are fully stocked, attractive and presented to premium standards.

Follow food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures.

Complete opening and closing duties efficiently.
