Job Vacancy – Barista / Server

The Ball Alley is currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Waitress/Barista to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately
  • Preparing and serving coffees, teas, and other beverages
  • Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the premises
  • Assisting with daily opening and closing duties
  • Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and professional manner
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
