Full job description

The ideal candidate will be flexible with a can-do attitude and driving the business forward. Ability to work within a positive team orientated atmosphere.

Candidate must be 21 or over and be available Thursday - Sunday

with minimum 2 - 3 year experience

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in all sections of the bar and to ensure smooth running of same
  • Adhering to the rules of Health and Safety
  • To ensure all areas are clean and tidy at all times
  • Detailed knowledge of bar
  • knowledge of managing stock inventory
  • To assist in other areas when required.
  • Must be flexible with working weekends
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
