Are you passionate about food, great with customers, and ready to take the lead in a fast-paced deli environment?

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Deli Assistant to work in our busy petrol station deli.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with food service experience who enjoys cooking, engaging with customers, and bringing fresh ideas to the menu.

What You’ll Do:    

  • Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items to a high standard.
  • Serve customers efficiently with a friendly and professional attitude.   
  • Lead and support a small team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and stock control standards.    
  • Drive innovation by introducing new products and seasonal specials to grow sales.

What We’re Looking For:   

  • Previous experience in a deli, café, or similar food service environment.    
  • Strong cooking skills and a keen interest in food trends.    
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.  
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop new product ideas.

  • Previous customer service experience desirable
