Barista / Café Team Member (Full-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our café. Previous barista experience is preferred, but it is not essential—we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café.
  • Handle cash and card payments.
  • Open and close the café when required.
  • Manage daily tasks independently and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Barista experience is an advantage, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
  • Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
  • Available to work full-time.
  • Must be flexible to work early morning and late evening/night shifts, including weekends when required.
