Clondalkin, Dublin | 20–30 hours per week | €14.30 per hour

East Village Coffee is looking for a friendly and experienced Front of House team member to join our busy neighbourhood café in Clondalkin.

We’re an independent local café with a strong regular customer base, great food and coffee, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Great customer service is at the heart of what we do, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and making customers feel welcome.

The role is approximately 20–30 hours per week, primarily midweek and daytime, although some weekend shifts will be required, so flexibility is essential.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous front-of-house experience in a café or restaurant is essential
  • Friendly, outgoing and confident with customers
  • Reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment
  • A positive attitude and strong team ethic
  • Flexibility to work midweek and occasional weekends
  • Barista experience is desirable, but training will be provided

What we offer:

  • €14.30 per hour
  • 20–30 hours per week
  • Primarily daytime shifts
  • Barista training where required
