Full job description

We are currently seeking full-time baristas for our Terenure & Sandyford location for both opening & closing shifts in either location. Required to be available for rostering between 6.15am - 8.30pm. We have two different shifts with a 6.15am/7am start and a 11am/12pm start.

Two Fifty Square is a speciality coffee shop serving up to five different bean options at a time. We take real pride in our service and drink standards. We are always looking for innovative ways to evolve in the space we are in.

We are willing to train in the successful candidate who has a passion and keen interest in speciality coffee.

This will involve being able to work across different roles in the shop
-Milk steaming
- Shots
-Till

Training provided will be focused on
- Understanding and tasting of espresso which we have on offer
- Latte art (from basic to advanced) / Milk consistency
- Ability to explain to customers what retail beans are best to buy based on their preferences and equipment they use at home

Candidates must be available for rostering Monday-Sunday, and also bank holidays.
