Barista at Caffè Nero ROI

  • Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
    From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
  • Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
  • Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
  • Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

  • Via our incentive ‘Nero 90’, our Baristas and Shift Leaders also have the opportunity to receive an additional 15c per hour, if their store collectively achieves the Customer Satisfaction score.

  • 50% off all handmade drinks and up to 40% off everything else when you’re off shift.
