Experienced BaristaAbout the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently producing high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees, teas, and other beverages.
• Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day.
• Produce consistently excellent milk texturing and latte art.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked coffee station.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure drinks are served promptly alongside food orders.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a barista.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and coffee preparation.
• Confident dialling in espresso and adjusting grinders to maintain consistency.
• Excellent milk steaming and texturing skills.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays where required.
