Full job description

Cian's Home Care is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Agency Health Care Assistants to join our growing team in Cavan and Monaghan. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of healthcare settings while providing high-quality, person-centred care to service users.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting service users with personal care and daily living activities
  • Supporting individuals in maintaining their dignity, independence, and wellbeing
  • Following care plans and organisational policies and procedures
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
  • Promoting a safe and positive environment for service users

Requirements

  • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
  • Experience working in healthcare or social care settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments and service user needs
  • Full driving licence required
