Are you a healthcare professional or an individual looking to start a career in healthcare in Ireland?
BWM Recovery is expanding its team in Dublin and is seeking motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support patients and healthcare professionals in a patient-centred environment.
We welcome applications from international candidates, including applicants currently based in African countries. Candidates with previous healthcare experience are encouraged to apply, but relevant experience is not required for all applicants. Candidates with or without formal healthcare qualifications may also be considered, depending on eligibility and role requirements.
Successful candidates must be willing to complete online training as part of the preparation process and be ready to relocate to Ireland if selected.
Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:

Support patients with their daily care and personal needs

Assist healthcare and medical staff with appropriate support duties

Help maintain a safe, clean and professional care environment

Follow established care procedures and workplace protocols

Communicate professionally with patients, colleagues and healthcare teams
-
Contribute to a respectful, compassionate and patient-focused environment

Complete required training and onboarding activities
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:

Are genuinely interested in working in healthcare in Ireland

Have previous healthcare or care experience or are willing to develop the necessary skills through training

Have relevant healthcare qualifications or are willing to undertake the required training

Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, safety and professionalism

Are willing to complete online training before commencing employment

Can commit to a 45-hour working week on-site in Dublin

Have a valid passport

Are prepared and legally able to travel from their country of residence to Ireland if selected

Are willing to relocate to Dublin for the role

Training & Onboarding
Candidates who progress through the recruitment process may be required to complete online training before relocating to Ireland.
Training will help candidates familiarise themselves with the responsibilities of the role, workplace procedures, patient-care expectations and relevant standards.

This opportunity may be suitable for candidates currently residing outside Ireland who are seeking an international healthcare career.
