Healthcare Assistant – IPU

Contract: Bank Work - 0 Hr

Hours: 0 Hour contract

location: Raheny/Blanchardstown

salary : HCA Scale 36,651 - 45,939

St. Francis Hospice Dublin is a HSE Section 38 Organisation (with the HSE pension), provides a comprehensive range of palliative care services for patients and their families in our two Hospices located in Raheny and Blanchardstown.

Candidates must have:

  • Have FETAC Level 5/QQI Qualifications; minimum of 8 modules
  • 1 year experience in working as a Healthcare Assistant is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • HACCP training desirable
  • Previous experience in a Palliative Care/Oncology setting desirable.
