The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire & Security Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of clients’ fire and security systems, ensuring they are fully operational, compliant, and meet the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of:
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Emergency lighting
  • Intruder alarms
  • CCTV systems
  • Access control systems
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in a timely and professional manner.
  • Carry out compliance testing and record-keeping in line with industry regulations and company procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service while working on client sites.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to respond to urgent call-outs.
  • Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are adhered to at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the maintenance and servicing of fire and security systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., IS 3218, IS 3217, EN standards).
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
