We are currently recruiting for a full-time Catering Assistant to join our team at St. James's Hospital, Dublin 8.
The role is full-time and hours are rostered based on business needs. We operate a 7-day service, so candidates must be fully flexible and available to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.
Our operating hours are from 6:30am to 9:30pm, with occasional 5:30am starts required for specific shifts.

Requirements
- Upper intermediate or advanced English essential
- A friendly, can-do attitude
- Deli and till experience desirable
- Experience working in the catering industry
Responsibilities
- Attending to customer needs in the unit
- HACCP record keeping as required
- Clearing tables to ensure clean seating is always available for customers
- Cleaning general floor areas and wash-up
- Going the extra mile for customers
- Basic food preparation
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and workstations
